Larry Hughes' younger brother Justin passed away in 2006 from complications stemming from a heart defect. Following his brother's death Larry got two tear tattoos beneath his left eye and "I Am My Brother's Keeper" tattooed on the right side of his neck. His brother Justin was just 20 years old.
